Job Title: Experienced X++ Developer

We are seeking a skilled X++ Developer to lead our team in delivering high-quality customizations and enhancements for D365 F&O solutions using X++.

Overview

As an experienced developer, you will focus on developing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions using X++. Key areas of emphasis include Electronic Reporting, system integrations, and performance improvements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and customize D365 F&O solutions utilizing X++.
  • Develop and enhance Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring the integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Ensure all customizations align with best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Good knowledge of D365 modules such as:
  • Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets)
  • Supply Chain (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Warehouse, Product Information Management)
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with ISVs like Exflow (SignUp), TAS (SK Global), or Comarch.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas.
  • Exposure to localizations and compliance for multi-country implementations.
