Our purpose

As Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in advancing our mission by empowering merchants to provide seamless payment experiences to their customers.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise reconciliation and settlements activities to ensure efficient operating models.
  • Process payments and transactions within standardized turnaround times, ensuring compliance with SLA.
  • Collaborate across organizations and functions to identify opportunities for process improvements, technical innovations, and human interfaces.
  • Lead projects related to payments and reconciliation, ensuring timely completion and achieving objectives while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and address operational risks, ensuring all aspects of payments and settlement functions are secure.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:

  • Relevant experience: Preferably from international payment gateways, fintech, or acquiring settlement and banks in merchant's settlement and reconciliation.
  • Years of work experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience with proven leadership skills in merchant's settlement and reconciliation.
  • Qualification: Minimum graduation from a recognized university; preferred choice is an accounting background (B.COM).
