As a senior visual designer, you will be responsible for leading the visual identity of our direct-to-consumer beauty brand. Your expertise will be utilized in creating premium designs that connect with consumers and build brand loyalty across all touchpoints.

About the Role
  • You will own the end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • You will develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • You will lead the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • You will work with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
  • You will translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • You will mentor junior designers and freelancers; provide creative direction and feedback.
  • You will stay on top of design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Requirements
  • You must have 4–6 years of experience as a graphic designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • You must have a strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • You must be an expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • You must have experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • You must be able to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • You must have a strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • You must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • You may have motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
  • You may have photography or art direction background.
  • You may have experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
