Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in senior design roles with a proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a diverse group of creatives towards achieving common goals.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful brand storytelling and campaign work that drives results.
