Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fashion Product Specialist to manage product presentation, customer communications, and vendor relations across online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have an eye for fashion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure our products are always presented in the most appealing and consistent way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Presentation: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure that product presentation reflects the brand aesthetic across all touchpoints.
  • Customer Communications: Manage direct customer interactions through various channels, sharing updates and ensuring queries are resolved quickly.
  • Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and vendors, ensuring smooth coordination on orders, stock, and payments.
  • Data Management: Update and track all vendor and customer orders, payments, and inventory on a daily basis.
  • Website Management: Maintain product listings, add/remove ready-to-ship pieces, and ensure an engaging and consistent brand image online.
  • Brand Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that product presentation aligns with promotional campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or customer-facing roles with lifestyle/fashion brands.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with stores and vendors.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital tools like Shopify, Excel, and WhatsApp.
  • Ability to balance operational efficiency with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Education in Fashion Management, Merchandising, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
