  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, escalating issues as needed and collaborating with internal departments to improve collection activities and customer satisfaction.\
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience in voice process roles are also required.\
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities is necessary for this position.\
