Systems Architectural Lead

This role involves taking a lead position in systems architectural activities, ensuring that the organization's technology platforms are well-managed, scalable, and aligned with its business objectives.

As a Systems Architectural Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies for implementation, and oversee the deployment of new technologies.

  • Develop and maintain technical architectures, roadmaps, and documentation for complex systems and applications.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based infrastructure solutions, leveraging tools like AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on system administration principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor offerings to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in systems architecture, engineering, or related field (8+ years).
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms, infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on analytical thinking and creative solutioning.
  • Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS), including SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
