Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to manage and implement our corporate quality program as a Quality Manager.

This role involves developing a strategic quality plan aligned with leadership goals, tracking and recording the outcomes of all quality audits, and managing the implementation of the company's Corporate Quality Program.

  • Quality Program Management: Create a comprehensive quality plan that meets organizational needs, track and record-keeping outcomes of all quality audits, and manage the implementation of the company's Corporate Quality Program.
  • Auditing and Assurance: Conduct internal process audits, publish findings with actionable feedback, and manage and monitor processes for continuous improvement.
  • Training and Development: Deliver awareness sessions and refresher courses for employees on recent changes to quality processes and encourage teams to build organizational knowledge through tools like the Knowledge Capture Tool (KCT).
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with business line and office managers to identify and manage continuous improvement initiatives, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for deliverables with low-quality scores, and suggest corrective actions related to training or technical changes.
  • Reporting and Coordination: Report on the organization's performance against quality program requirements to leadership and coordinate with the Corporate Quality department and the T&D Quality Assurance Director.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 12 years of total experience in an engineering or consulting organization.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any Engineering discipline.
  • Certifications or diplomas from reputable institutes relevant to quality management are highly desirable.
