Job Description:

Are you a seasoned expert in Jira administration seeking a challenging role that will leverage your skills to drive organizational growth? We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Jira Professional to lead our team in managing, optimizing, and scaling our Atlassian Jira environment.

  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
  • Design and implement scalable Jira solutions, including projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and notifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Jira strategies.
  • Establish governance standards and best practices for Jira usage across the organization.
  • Manage user access, roles, and security settings in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Monitor Jira system performance, conduct regular health checks, and manage upgrades or migrations.
  • Integrate Jira with other enterprise tools and platforms.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to support leadership and operational teams.
  • Mentor and guide junior Jira administrators or support staff.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Jira administrator, with at least 7 years of experience and 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Strong knowledge of Jira Software (Cloud and/or Data Center) and Confluence administration.

Hands-on experience with designing complex workflows, schemes, and automation rules.

Ability to work closely with IT, DevOps, and business teams to ensure seamless Jira adoption and usage.
