**Financial Leadership Role**

This senior position plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy to drive business growth and success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the company's financial strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Oversight of day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, billing, payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and banking relationships.
  • Leading the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Analyzing variances between actual performance and budget, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • IDentifying and assessing financial risks, including currency exchange risk between India and US operations, and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Serving as a key advisor to senior leadership on financial matters and business strategy.

**Qualifications & Skills:** Chartered Accountant (CA), 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills, ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
