Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned quality assurance expert to lead our mobile testing efforts, focusing on Android devices to deliver seamless user experiences and optimal functionality.
- Lead comprehensive functional and performance testing for mobile applications and firmware on mobile phones and AIoT devices.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and validation of features. Track and report on test progress, providing actionable insights for quality enhancements.
Candidates should possess 6-11 years of experience in software testing, with a strong emphasis on test execution, process improvement, and quality tracking.
- Familiarity with Android device testing and manual testing techniques is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Root Cause Analysis and the ability to create clear, concise RCA reports that drive process and product improvements.
- Proven track record in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
