Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Engineering Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams to deliver key initiatives and advancing technology and product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities- Provide deep technical leadership, including establishing requirements, coordinating technical interface with customers, and advising leadership and customers on all technical aspects and issues
- Drive project execution, working cross-functionally with technology development teams and business teams to ship product on time with high quality
- Collaborate with product managers to define future products and product enhancements
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and work with a geographically distributed team
- Effectively manage individual goals and objectives, performance, and employee development
- Ensure the right culture, processes, and technology investments are in place for future product launches
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, have a willingness to learn, and an unstoppable desire to follow through with tasks. You should also be able to effectively manage individual goals and objectives, performance, and employee development.
