About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Delivery & Project Management professional to oversee the entire project lifecycle for high-priority and strategically important projects. Your primary responsibility will be to provide leadership, drive project delivery, and ensure project success by managing teams, stakeholders, resources, and risks while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cost, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Budget & Resource Allocation: Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and costs are controlled.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables by enforcing rigorous quality standards and processes.
