Technical Content Writer – Data, AI & Digital Transformation

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer to create compelling content that positions our organization as a thought leader in the Data & AI space.

  • Create and manage various content types: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, technical documentation, solution briefs, video scripts, emailers, and more.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex concepts from Data, AI, and Digital Transformation into engaging narratives tailored for both technical and business audiences.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI tools, Data platforms, Cloud technologies, and digital strategies. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and SMEs to gather insights and validate content for accuracy.
  • Support product marketing, sales enablement, and campaigns with compelling and persuasive content assets.
  • Manage editorial calendars, ensure brand tone and consistency across all platforms.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in AI, Data Science, Cloud, or Digital Transformation domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in writing for developer audiences, business stakeholders, and enterprise customers.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple content deliverables with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace, Jira, Trello).
