Our team is seeking a skilled English Communication Trainer. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to deliver engaging, outcomes-oriented lessons in English communication and soft skills for students aged 12-18. The trainer should be able to create formative and summative assessments that track measurable progress and produce concise progress reports for parents.

  • Track measurable progress and produce concise progress reports for parents.
  • Use child-sensitive pedagogy and know-how of adolescent psychology to connect, motivate and manage students effectively.
  • Mentor students individually where needed — helping shy or anxious learners build confidence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional spoken & written English, strong soft-skills coaching ability and proven experience working with teens, deep understanding of adolescent psychology / child-sensitive teaching approaches, minimum 1 year classroom/training experience (school, coaching, corporate training preferred). Energetic, patient, empathetic, and outcome-focused. Comfortable with technology (Google Classroom, Zoom, presentation tools), Hindi-English bilingual preferred to support transitional learning. Extra credit: TESOL/TEFL/ELT or certifications in adolescent counselling/child psychology.
