Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a Visual Communications Specialist to join our founding team building the next big thing in experiential advertising.
- Collaborate with the founding team to conceptualize and design brand campaigns for clients across industries.
- Join client calls to understand requirements and translate them into compelling design concepts.
- Design bottle labels, campaign mockups, and activation collaterals that bring ideas to life in the real world.
- Help shape campaign narratives, pitch decks, and creative ideas that go beyond just visuals.
- Support in evolving the company's own brand identity and design voice as we scale.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior internship or freelance experience in graphic design, brand design, or campaign work (fresher is fine if you've done hands-on projects).
- A portfolio that shows both social media work and brand/graphic design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop a must), Canva, and openness to experimenting with tools like Midjourney.
- Strong eye for type, layout, and storytelling through design.
- Bonus: Motion design or basic video editing skills.
Work on real brand campaigns with paying clients, not just hypothetical social media posts.
