
Head of Talent Sourcing

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our talent acquisition strategy in a fast-growing organization.
This role will oversee the end-to-end hiring process, build a strong employer brand, and attract top talent across various functions.
Our company transforms financial services through innovative digital solutions and customer-centric platforms.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership:
- Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent in fintech and technology.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all hiring stages.
- Partner with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices.
- Drive strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks.
- Operational Excellence & Compliance:
- Establish recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
- Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring.
- Innovation & Market Insights:
- Stay updated on market trends, talent intelligence, and fintech hiring challenges.
- Develop strategies to attract niche talent in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive employer branding and build strong talent pipelines for niche roles
