Job Title: Business Development Manager for Data & AI Solutions

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Data & AI domain. As a key member of our team, you will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop client relationships to expand our presence across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closure
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions that address client challenges and opportunities

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Solutions (preferably Data, AI, Cloud, or Software Development)
  • Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies (Data Engineering, Machine Learning, MLOps, Cloud Platforms, Analytics)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value for clients
  • Strong network of decision-makers across industries
