Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

We are seeking a high-achieving Performance Marketer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid campaigns across various platforms.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in data analysis and campaign optimization to drive business growth. Your ability to think strategically and creatively will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR) and optimize to achieve business KPIs.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
  • Audience Segmentation: Build and test different audience segments and funnels.
  • Budget Management: Track daily budgets, pacing, and adjust for maximum ROI.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
  • Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.
  • Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
