About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for brainstorming, creating, and implementing innovative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

  • Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end social media strategy.
  • Create high-quality, creative, and trend-driven content.
  • Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and interactive stories.
  • Track and analyze key metrics and provide performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and content teams to keep content aligned with brand messaging.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Possession of social media skills, storytelling abilities, and content creation expertise.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Creative thinking, strong content writing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva.
  • Awareness of emerging trends, meme culture, and viral formats.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks.
