Job Opportunity:

  • For this role, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a proven track record in technical support or engineering, preferably in AI/ML environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Expertise in GenAI models and frameworks such as GPT, Claude, PaLM2, Llama2, RAG, Agents, COT is essential for success in this position.
  2. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP and DevOps tools is required.
  3. Familiarity with database management systems including SQL/Sybase/Mongo DB and data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks is expected.
  4. Strong proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, Java, Angular, http protocols, and UI languages is necessary.
  5. Monitoring tools knowledge including Splunk, AppDynamics, Autosys, Grafana/ Loki/ Prometheus is also required.
  6. ITIL application support management processes: Incident/Problem/Service/Jira management must be well understood.
  7. Kubernetes and Containerization expertise including Docker, Loki, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (preferably EKS or OpenShift) is highly desirable.
  8. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail are essential.
  9. Strong command and control with good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) models would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3.5 Turbo, GPT-4.0, and GPT-4-O would be an asset.
  • Experience with OpenAI technologies and managing GenAI services in cloud environments would be valuable.
  • Understanding of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management would be desirable.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
