Lead Clinical Operations - As a forward-thinking medical professional at Lyxaa, you will interpret diagnostics, oversee treatment protocols, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable, safe, and effective health optimization strategies.

You will conduct patient consultations, design and approve personalized wellness and IV therapy plans, interpret results from blood tests, gut microbiome, epigenetic panels, and wearables, supervise clinical activities, and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise clinical activities, guide nursing staff, and maintain compliance
  • Provide medical inputs, clinical validation, and real-world case scenarios

You will work closely with the internal technology team to ensure that all digital tools, algorithms, and health insights are clinically accurate and medically safe.

Ideal Candidate

  • A medical graduate (MBBS or MD/DNB equivalent) in Community Medicine or Family Medicine
  • 3-4 years of clinical experience, preferably in preventive, wellness, or diagnostic-based practice
  • Comfortable working with product and tech teams, offering insights that help train AI models and digital health platforms in accordance with clinical standards.
  • Strong communication skills with an interest in lifestyle medicine and client education
