Data Analyst Business Improvement Specialist
The ideal candidate is a team player who will work with company data in various business areas.
Responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
Main Responsibilities- Analyze and improve business processes to drive quality initiatives and move data quality upstream.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute projects.
- Nurture team members by providing guidance and support for all analytics initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in HEDIS and proficiency in relevant tools and technologies are desirable. To excel in this role, you should be detail-oriented and able to analyze complex data sets. Additionally, you should have strong project management skills and be able to effectively communicate results to stakeholders. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. You should also be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
