We are seeking an astute and visionary FP&A professional to join our finance team in Dubai. This role plays a pivotal part in driving financial acumen, performance optimization, and strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning processes, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic initiatives in collaboration with business units.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to support decision-making with financial models and analysis.
  • Track key business drivers and market trends to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Develop and enhance financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.
  • Support board reporting, investor presentations, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within FP&A to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or tech-driven environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
