Lead Data Scientist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team. As a seasoned expert in data science, you will lead initiatives from strategy through development to operations and adoption, helping clients realize the full value of their data.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations, including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes. Additionally, they will support pre-sales activities and initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have familiarity with theory behind various machine learning concepts, experience with Machine Learning (ML), especially in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models. They should also possess experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment. Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL and vector databases, as well as knowledge of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini are required.

Nice to have: experience in working with big data and distributed environments would be a plus, commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in the area of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing or Computer Vision would be a big plus.
