Master Data Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management professional to join our team.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on experience working with Stibo STEP Master Data Management platform, configuring and customizing it across multiple domains such as Product, Customer, and Supplier.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propose technical options and solutions along with thorough comparative analysis.
- Guide the design and implementation of data management processes, interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for PIM solutions, define implementation processes, quality gates, and standards.
- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve data quality, data integrity, and system performance issues.
- Support development & test teams in the installation & configuration of the Stibo STEP platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience working with Stibo STEP Master Data Management platform.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Stibo STEP MDM.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience in designing data models within Stibo STEP.
- Strong knowledge of data integration tools and techniques such as ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, REST APIs, and 3rd party integrations using web services.
- Database knowledge and SQL skills, understanding of ER model, XML, XSD, JSON, CSV, and other data formats.
- Stibo STEP certification is a plus, Knowledge of Informatica PIM will be a plus.
