
Sales Performance Expert

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Performance Expert to drive sales growth through proactive cold calling and effective client relationship management.
About the RoleIn this critical role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, establishing rapport with prospective clients, and converting them into loyal customers. You will also maintain thorough records of calls, interactions, and pipeline updates in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Lead Generation
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Conduct daily cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate new leads.
- Engage leads across multiple channels (phone, email) to drive business growth.
- Establish rapport quickly using confident, persuasive communication skills to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Follow up diligently with prospective clients to address questions, close deals, and encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives through consistent outreach and negotiation.
- Maintain thorough records of calls, interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Monitor and manage the daily schedule of service jobs—handyman, plumbing, cleaning, etc.—to ensure efficiency.
- Work closely with service providers to confirm availability and allocate resources effectively.
- Identify unfilled or at-risk bookings and take swift action to secure coverage.
- Address last-minute cancellations or changes, collaborating with relevant teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Suggest and implement improvements for job assignment and scheduling processes.
- Evaluate customer feedback and operational metrics to optimize procedures and service delivery.
