Key Role

We are seeking a strategic and innovative professional to drive sustained user engagement, foster meaningful interactions, and build long-term loyalty within our founder ecosystem.

This role requires a blend of community-focused storytelling, behavioral marketing, and lifecycle management expertise.

  • Design and implement engaging strategies that encourage regular participation and activity across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Develop and execute retention marketing campaigns, including personalized communication, lifecycle journeys, and targeted re-engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product and content teams to create campaigns that deliver value-driven interactions, enhancing user stickiness.
  • Establish segmentation strategies to understand different founder personas and tailor engagement accordingly.
  • Track and analyze user engagement metrics (activity levels, churn patterns, reactivation rates) and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Organize community-led initiatives (discussion themes, spotlight stories, knowledge-sharing formats) that strengthen belonging.
  • Partner with leadership to position the organization as a trusted growth partner through impactful communication.
  • Experiment with new channels, gamification tactics, and loyalty mechanisms to increase retention.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • 2–4 years of experience in engagement marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing (experience with founder/entrepreneurial ecosystems is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, user journeys, and CRM automation tools.
  • Creative storyteller with the ability to craft compelling campaigns and community narratives.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking engagement KPIs and drawing actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
