Senior Graphic Designer
who thrives in the events domain and can bring ideas to life through
innovative, brand-driven visuals
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design 
    creative and impactful event collaterals
     including:
  • Stage backdrops, thematic branding, and event signage
  • Exhibition booths, experiential zones, and product display graphics
  • Event invitations, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials
  • Develop 
    concept boards, mood boards, and design themes
     for upcoming events.
  • Collaborate closely with the 
    events, production, and client servicing teams
     to align designs with project vision.
  • Create 
    digital assets
     for event promotions on social media, emailers, and online campaigns.
  • Prepare 
    print-ready files
     and liaise with vendors to ensure quality output.
  • Maintain 
    brand consistency
     across all materials while infusing fresh creative concepts.
  • Stay ahead of 
    industry design trends
     to keep SEES' event visuals cutting-edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
    .
  • 5+ years of experience
     in 
    event-specific graphic design
    .
  • Expertise in 
    Adobe Creative Suite
     (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects/3D software is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 
    event-related design work
    .
  • Understanding of 
    print production processes, materials, and specifications
    .
  • Exceptional eye for detail, color, and typography.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a 
    fast-paced events environment.
