We are seeking a Consumer Insights Director to lead our insights function and drive business growth.

Job Description

This pivotal role will shape customer-centric strategies, strengthen brand positioning, and uncover new market opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Consumer Strategy & Research: Develop and execute comprehensive consumer research studies to inform business decisions.
  • Lead Qualitative and Quantitative Studies: Manage qualitative and quantitative research projects, including segmentation, brand tracks, U&A, customer journey mapping, and category understanding.
  • Establish an Always-On Consumer Intelligence Engine: Create a continuous stream of consumer insights to capture evolving needs, expectations, and behaviors.
Business Impact through Insights:
  • Drive Research-Led Recommendations: Utilize research findings to improve funnel conversions, enhance profitability, and reduce lapses across touch points.
  • Anchor Brand Health and Equity Tracking: Monitor brand health and equity tracking to guide campaign effectiveness and market positioning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6-8 Years of Experience: Proven expertise in consumer insights, brand strategy, or research.
  • Strong Grounding in Research Methodologies: Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research techniques, including consumer journey mapping, segmentation, category research, and cultural insights.
  • Actionable Business Strategies: Ability to convert insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent Storytelling and Synthesis Skills: Influence senior leadership with compelling stories and insights.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

MBA/PG in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
