Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Planning: Develop and update schedules in MS Project and/or Primavera P6 based on the project requirements.
  • Project Support: Assist project managers with budget preparation, schedule creation, and other tasks assigned.
  • Data Integrity: Perform data integrity checks and auditing to ensure accuracy of schedule reporting.
  • Progress Analysis: Analyze project trends over the lifecycle to identify areas for improvement.
  • Change Management: Include and report on impacts of changes to baseline plans and new forecasted dates within the scheduling tool.
  • Milestone Review: Review impacts on schedule delivery milestones and produce recovery plans to minimize delays.
  • Deviations Recording: Identify and record deviations from the current plan.
  • Risk Management: Maintain the work breakdown structure from original estimates within project schedules.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Reporting: Submit weekly/monthly reports highlighting variances to current baselines.
  • Scope Control: Record project scope modifications and contribute to change order submissions.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and control portfolios of projects.
  • Schedule Management: Manage collection and organization of project schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: More than five years of experience in scheduling supporting the construction industry.
  • Education: University degree or diploma in engineering or business administration.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Primavera P6 and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability supporting project managers and direct field staff.
