Senior Test Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Architect to lead our testing efforts and ensure the quality of our products.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will have expertise in test automation, agile methodologies, and the SDLC/STLC process.
  • They will design and develop test equipment and test systems, test beds to fulfill the needs of testing various embedded products.
  • Additionally, they will be responsible for developing test automation scripts for firmware testing and experience with different test automation, DevOps, and defect tracking tools is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Test Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive test strategies for smart meters and other related products.
  2. Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for firmware testing.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the product by identifying and mitigating defects through thorough testing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor or master of engineering in electronics & communication, electrical & electronics, or instrumentation.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a test architect or system engineering/testing professional in the relevant industry space.
  • Experience with industry standards like AGA 8 for gas meters.
  • Expertise in various communication products based on low power radio, GPRS, LoRa, Mbus, PLC, etc.
