Job Title: Software Engineer - Code Optimization & Development

Location: Pan India

Experience: 6+ yrs.

Employment Type: Contract to hire

Work Mode: Remote

Notice Period: Immediate joiners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write efficient and well-documented algorithmic code in Ruby.
  • Develop a strong understanding of algorithmic complexity, performance optimization, and computational constraints.
  • Design and implement test automation, benchmark creation, or complex systems evaluation.
  • Familiarity with modern software data formats (e.g., JSON, YAML) and version-controlled codebases.
  • Demonstrate deep fluency in at least four areas including Core Data Structures, Algorithmic Paradigms, Graph Algorithms, Mathematics & Number Theory, String Processing, or Advanced Topics.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in Ruby programming language.
  • Strong understanding of algorithmic complexity, performance optimization, and computational constraints.
  • Familiarity with modern software data formats (e.g., JSON, YAML) and version-controlled codebases.
  • Deep fluency in at least four areas including Core Data Structures, Algorithmic Paradigms, Graph Algorithms, Mathematics & Number Theory, String Processing, or Advanced Topics.
