Job Role: Process Optimization Specialist

This position is crucial in streamlining raw material blending and production planning across operations.

  • Develop and manage blend schedules for pet coke feedstock.
  • Monitor GPC inventories and CPC production rates; ensure alignment with shipment schedules.
  • Evaluate sourcing options and logistics to minimize costs while meeting CPC quality specifications.
  • Create and maintain business models using artificial intelligence tools and linear programming for predictive planning.
  • Collaborate with commercial, technical services, and operations teams globally.
  • Handle SAP transactions and generate reports on production, inventory, and key performance indicators.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in planning/blending, preferably in carbon/metallurgical industries.
  • Strong linear programming modeling and analytical skills.
  • SAP and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and optimization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability in a global team environment.
