  • Implement quality control measures, safety protocols, and regulations.

  • Possess knowledge of financial principles, accounting aspects, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
  • Understand tender clauses, billings, department correspondence, and claims.
  • Familiarize yourself with construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
