Job Description:
The Project Manager – Transition Track Lead plays a critical role in managing multiple transitions tracks, ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish. This individual reports directly to the Transition Leader and is accountable for internal and external reporting, tracking, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage active transitions as assigned, ensuring timely completion within given parameters.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers, addressing questions, decisions, actions, and updates as applicable.
- Support projects as the first escalation point for internal and customer issues, driving governance calls and meetings for updates.
- Plan, conduct, and manage relevant trainings for the transitions team, participating in assessments to gauge training needs.
- Understand strategic business objectives and facilitate project scope, goals, and deliverables definition.
- Participate in creating and reviewing transition solutions for RFPs/RFPs, and other pre-sales support as needed.
- Identify and define business cases, develop detailed project charters, plans, and transition plans based on solution complexity and priorities.
- Combine process migration activities with IT implementation, providing customers with a distinct advantage through vendor-managed operations.
- Optimize transition methodologies to reduce time, costs, risks, and retain/improve quality.
- Responsible for risk management, understanding operational risks and developing mitigation plans, and driving process-specific business continuity planning.
- Create and/or maintain project management documents, including status reports, project plans, knowledge transfer documentation, and requisite approvals on Clarity.
- Participate in opportunity analysis, due diligence, and sales cycle support for new bids/RFP-RFI responses/client presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in BPO/BPM background
Graduate/Post Graduate education
