Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to develop scalable data pipelines and build automated web scrapers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to collect structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • Build and maintain automated web scraping tools to extract data from websites and APIs.
  • Implement anti-bot and evasion tactics to handle scraping restrictions and ensure data quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate scraped data into NoSQL stores and ETL pipelines.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Python (libraries like BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, Playwright, Requests).
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) and data serialization formats (JSON, CSV, Parquet).
  • Experience in handling large-scale scraping with proxy management and rate-limiting.
  • Basic knowledge of ETL processes and integration with data pipelines.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and reliability of collected data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in adapting scrapers to evolving web structures.
  • Curious mindset with a drive to discover new data sources.
