Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Transformation Consultant. As part of this role, you will work closely with clients to drive business and technology transformation, leveraging your expertise in strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and lead portions of an engagement to ensure quality client deliverables.
  • Apply well-honed consulting, project management, and functional skills to execute work.
  • Complete and manage client work within established budgets, workplans, quality standards, and timeframes.
  • Identify and resolve issues critical to clients' strategic and operational success.
  • Analyze large quantities of data to derive business insights.
  • Determine what data matters and provide context to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of related strategy or transformation consulting experience or industry experience in IT Leadership roles showing progression/promotion.
  • Outstanding analytical capability and the ability to synthesize findings.
  • Demonstrated MS Office and data modeling and visualization skills.
  • Solid understanding of strategy and operations within targeted industries.
  • The ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • An MBA or other relevant advanced degrees in Business, Engineering, or Sciences from a top educational institution.

Please note that candidates based in Hyderabad are preferred, however, candidates working remotely from other cities in India and willing to travel to Hyderabad on a periodic basis may also be considered. A strong preference is given to candidates willing to start their days in the afternoon and work into the late evening hours (India Standard Time) to have 3-5 hours of overlap with the US team.
