Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client interfacing and project management. This position requires strong analytical and creative skills to contribute to new business development pitches and ongoing projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Meet with clients to understand their brand presence and consumer connect needs, developing effective strategies to meet their requirements.
- Research brands to gather information on brand essence, competition, and past consumer connect programs, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Presentation of briefs to the concept team, working closely with creatives for ideation and conceptualizing innovative solutions.
- Present ideas to clients to effectively communicate the concept and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure effective execution of events and activations, allocating resources efficiently.
- Graduate (MBA preferred) with 1+ years of experience in account management in the mainline agency space, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Proven ability to build relationships at senior levels, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills, able to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
