Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for modernizing legacy product features, developing new features, and troubleshooting complex technical issues to enhance efficiency and accountability in government agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, lead, and contribute to the modernization of complex applications involving various technologies like Java, PHP, ReactJS, BIRT, GraphQL, and SQL.
  • Ownership and accountability for implementing features as per committed timelines, quality, and performance standards using robust, high-performance code.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues reported by internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Mentor engineers to build scalable, reusable, and robust components based on strong engineering practices.
  • Apply modern tooling including CI/CD practices, Observability, and test-driven design.
  • Partner with leadership to define the technical strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or MCA.
  • 12+ years of professional experience in software design and development for enterprise applications/products, preferably with a cloud-native technology stack.
  • 8+ years of experience in developing applications/products with .NET and C# as core technologies.
  • Proficiency with event-driven architecture (using Kafka, RabbitMQ etc), API integration, and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2 etc).
