Procurement Strategist Job Summary:

This role leads and oversees the procurement process, ensuring strategic alignment with financial goals, vendor management, and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective controls on the procure-to-pay (P2P) process, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  2. Review the design and operating effectiveness of these controls and ensure no non-compliance issues during audits.
  3. Lead budget approval and allocation efforts for projects, collaborating with Treasury to forecast project-related payments and contribute to cash flow planning.
  4. Manage work orders in accordance with approved budgets and track expenditures against project forecasts, providing timely reports to senior leadership.
  5. Oversee creation and management of project codes in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
