Our team is seeking a talented Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic group. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to various teams and driving business growth through strategic sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare comprehensive reports on procurement performance, including YTD metrics and benchmarking analysis.
  • Sourcing Support: Collaborate with the Category and Sourcing Teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Procurement Education: Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance the Procurement Team's knowledge of IT analytical solutions.
  • Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Analysis: Identify and analyze TCO elements to optimize procurement decisions.
  • Price Comparison and Benchmarking: Provide price comparisons and commodity benchmarks to support informed purchasing decisions.
  • Catgeory Performance Management: Track and report on category performance metrics, including savings, diversity spend, and contract compliance.
  • Category Plan Review: Assist in reviewing the status of progress against category plans.
  • Commodity Data Collection: Gather data to support strategic sourcing and supplier selection processes.
