Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Nexus Jobs in Jaipur. The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and executing communication strategies for our clients and candidates. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for an individual who can develop and implement effective communication plans to enhance our company's brand and client relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our HR and recruitment teams to ensure all communication aligns with our company goals and values.
  • This role involves preparing and delivering presentations to internal teams and external clients to convey essential information and updates.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for drafting and editing communication materials, including emails, announcements, and newsletters.
  • Maintaining open dialogue with clients and candidates to foster strong connections is also a key aspect of this role.
  • We require someone who can effectively manage communication channels to ensure consistent messaging and engage our audience through public speaking engagements.
  • Last but not least, addressing conflicts and issues promptly is crucial to ensuring smooth resolution and maintaining professional relationships.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, providing essential support to our HR team and enhancing our service offerings.
  • Presentation skills to confidently deliver presentations and share information in an engaging manner are mandatory.
  • Active listening skills to understand client and candidate needs and respond appropriately are required.
  • Interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues are necessary.
  • Public speaking experience to clearly articulate ideas and information in a group setting is beneficial.
  • Negotiation skills to effectively communicate and safeguard the interests of both the company and its clients are desirable.
  • Conflict resolution skills to address and resolve issues professionally and efficiently are essential.

What You Will Need

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing communications or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of communication principles and theories.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: ₹250,000 - ₹500,000 per annum
