We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid media campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

This is a high-profile role where you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-country digital marketing strategies that drive measurable growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage high-budget campaigns that achieve strong return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversion rates
  • Work closely with content, e-commerce, and strategy teams to drive business growth and optimize campaign performance
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid search and display advertising
  • Proven track record of delivering high-performing digital marketing campaigns with strong ROAS and conversion rates
  • Expertise in full-funnel performance marketing and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in Indian and Southeast Asian markets
  • Fluent in English and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
