Financial Operations Director

As a Deputy/Group Manager, you will oversee the General Ledger team's activities, ensuring timely completion of month-end and year-end books closing processes. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, reviewing transfer pricing arrangements, and coordinating with statutory auditors.
Key Responsibilities- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss on a regular basis.
- Review Transfer Pricing arrangements and underlying transactions to ensure compliance.
- Verify Intercompany transactions and ensure timely settlement.
- Review SOX controls and approve checklists regularly.
- Develop backup schedules for notes to financial statements and other disclosure requirements.
- Lead statutory audits and provide relevant details for filings with regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors to ensure smooth audit process.
- Identify areas for improvement in internal processes and implement changes.
- Ensure Compliance:
- File Company House and other regulatory requirements as per local laws.
- Maintain SOX compliance and conduct regular internal audits.
This is a critical role that requires a Deputy/Group Manager to lead the General Ledger team effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in financial management.
