Job Description

As a seasoned Enterprise Architect, you will leverage your technical expertise and experience to translate customer needs into innovative solutions.

You will work collaboratively with sales and technology competency teams to develop and deliver impactful proposals and presentations, and guide customers through complex technical challenges.

This position is based in the National Capital Region (NCR), India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales teams to understand customer requirements and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal technology competency teams to design and architect comprehensive technical solutions that align with client business objectives and ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet customer needs.
  • Develop good understanding of Managed Services offering for Run and Transform, including new operating model, AI-led Automation, new emerging GCCs model and pricing strategies.
  • Utilize excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
