Senior IT Service Delivery Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Project Manager to lead IT and Managed Services projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and Managed Services projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Drive SLA-driven service delivery with a focus on governance, compliance, and continuous service improvement (CSI).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Severity 1 & Severity 2 issues, coordinating swift resolution with minimal impact to business operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining 24/7 coverage rosters to ensure uninterrupted service availability.
- Overseeing the preparation, review, and approval of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
- Effectively managing and refining the project backlog, collaborating with client stakeholders to prioritize work items aligned with business goals.
