**Job Overview:**

This role is designed to drive the collection process of receivables across multiple sources while maintaining a healthy relationship with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Correspond with customers to negotiate payment schedules that suit their current financial situation while satisfying debt.
  • Monitor and maintain customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
  • Provide efficient customer service regarding collection issues and process customer refunds.
  • Identify defaulting accounts and investigate reasons for default while maintaining a healthy relationship with customers.
  • Enlist support from sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
  • Ensure compliance to all Audit / regulatory bodies as well as company policies and procedures.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
