Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Strategist to spearhead customer growth initiatives. This role combines strategic consulting discipline with hands-on product execution, leveraging data-driven insights and structured experimentation.

  • Drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments
  • Build and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to execute growth strategies
  • Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas
  • Present insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field and MBA/Master's from top-tier institution preferred

Experience:

4-6 years total experience. At least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) OR 2-3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort)

Tools & Skills:

  • Strong with numbers, data analysis, and financial modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred)
  • Hands-on with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis
  • Experience in product-led retention and scaling loyalty programs
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
