Salesforce Business Analyst

">About the Role:

As a key member of our Salesforce Business Analysis team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by analyzing organizational needs and developing innovative solutions to improve our business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, document business needs, and communicate system requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive identification of requirements across business units and evaluate business objectives, drivers, and success metrics.
  2. Document business requirements and develop epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
  3. Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on a continuing basis.
  4. Participate in project delivery and process optimization to support the execution of projects.
  5. Identify change management processes and techniques to handle change within a business.
  6. Design agile change strategies to navigate the transformation process.
  7. Maintain awareness of best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Handle multiple engagements simultaneously without compromising accountability.
  9. Experience designing and delivering practical change interventions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce CRM experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst required.
  • Change management experience preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
